It's a new year and we are sure you have all been extremely busy wrapping up year-end financials and setting new goals for 2005. RockySoft is doing the same and we are looking forward to an exciting year. The past year has been full of new clients, new partnerships and an anniversary which have given us new avenues to explore as we continue to better our inventory management software and our customer support.

Over the past year we released numerous product updates, showing our commitment to customer service and creating a one of a kind software package that fits the important needs of our client.

• Demand Collaboration Portal - browser-based access for external forecast updates
• Bracket pricing in Requirements Planner
• Order rounding to accommodate truck and container loads
• Wizards for generating new forecasts in Demand Manager
• Vendor performance monitoring in Supply Base Manager
• User defined Exception Signals for tighter control of forecasts and replenishment plans

RockySoft celebrated its Fifth anniversary on July 1, 2004! We are thankful for our clients and the RockySoft team for their commitment and energy. We are gearing up for the next five years and welcome input from all of you.

The year has also been filled with trade shows including visits to Microsoft Convergence in Orlando, The Microsoft World Wide Partner Conference in Toronto, the Retail Systems Show in Chicago and American Express Tax and Business Services User Conference, held in Columbus Ohio. Along with trade shows, Jeffrey Porter, director of Business Development, has been traveling to many areas of the country and giving Inventory Management seminars. Implementation Manager Changes
RockySoft said goodbye to our Implementation and Support Manager Joe Himich in December. Many of you had the pleasure of working with Joe during your implementations and any technical consultations. He was a great team member and we were sad to see him go. But we wish him luck with his new adventures.

We are also happy to introduce the newest member to the RockySoft team, Micki Crandall. She will be taking over as the new Manager of implementations and support and we're sure many of you will get to know her as you work through the implementation process. Micki has been in the industry for many years and is very knowledgeable in the area of planning and procurement. We welcome her enthusiasm and expertise!

New Website
Along with growth and new ventures comes the need for a new way to communication. Rockysoft has been busy working to create a new and improved website. We have completely redesigned the entire website and have incorporated it with our new Pack Light theme. We will continue to provide up-to-date product information and current promotions. Also keep an eye for new case studies and upcoming whitepapers. Training
Seminars

Lean Learning Associates and RockySoft paired to host a Supply Chain Mechanics workshop for Distributors to the Denver area. The first event was held February 17th and 18th at the Inverness Hotel and Conference center in Englewood Colorado. The seminar highlighted models for analyzing supply chains and introduced proven scientific methodologies for optimizing inventory levels and meeting customer support goals. The seminar was a combination of lecture and hands on opportunities to apply the learned methods, in a small group setting of peers. The workshop offered the participants the opportunity to acquire the best in class inventory management fundamentals from seasoned professionals.
