Candy Cane Cocoa
Makes: 4 (1 cup) Servings
Ingredients:

• 4 cups milk
• 3 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 4 peppermint candy canes, crushed
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 4 small peppermint candy canes

Directions:

1. In a saucepan, heat milk until hot, but not boiling. Whisk in the chocolate and the crushed peppermint candies until melted and smooth. Pour hot cocoa into four mugs, and garnish with whipped cream. Serve each with a candy cane stirring stick.

Hot Apple Cider
Makes: 6 Servings
Ingredients:

• 6 cups apple cider
• ¼ cup real maple syrup
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 6 whole cloves
• 6 whole allspice berries
• 1 orange peel, cut into strips
• 1 lemon peel, cut into strips

Directions:

1. Pour the apple cider and maple syrup into a large stainless steel saucepan.
2. Place the cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice berries, orange peel and lemon peel in the center of the washed square of cheesecloth; fold up the sides of the cheesecloth to enclose the bundle, then tie it up with a length of kitchen string. Drop the spice bundle into the cider mixture.
3. Place the saucepan over moderate heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cider is very hot but not boiling.
4. Remove the cider from the heat. Discard the spice bundle. Ladle the cider into big cups or mugs, adding a fresh cinnamon stick to each serving if you desire.

Hot Butter Rum Mix
Makes: 15 Servings
Ingredients:

• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 (16 ounce package) confectioners' sugar, sifted
• 1 pound light brown sugar, packed
• 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
• 8-16 ounces (15-30 tablespoons) dark rum

Directions:

1. In a large bowl cream the butter and the sugars together until smooth. Add the softened ice cream and mix until a creamy consistency is obtained.
2. Transfer this to a freezer container with a tight fitting lid. Place in the freezer for up to 1 month.
3. To Serve: Place a heaping 2 tablespoons of frozen mix in a highball glass or coffee mug. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons dark rum. Pour 6 ounces of boiling water of the mix and stir until the mixture is melted. Sprinkle top with cinnamon or nutmeg and serve.

Tools to Help Qualify Leads and Close Deals
RockySoft already has tools to help Resellers in their sales process and show ROI for their clients, but in January we will be releasing more.

Currently, we offer highly customized Inventory Analysis and ROI for clients and prospects, based on their financials. These tools evaluate the levels of inventory that are presently being held, and show the positive financial impact of more accurate forecasting, which results in lower on hand inventory and costs, improved customer service levels, and increased revenue. The Return on Investment for the RockySoft Solution is very easy to sell when clients see the drastic reduction in their inventory costs, typically 25%.

Despite the power of these customized tools in the selling process, we are developing more general, less time consuming tools for Resellers to quickly and easily assess the inventory management needs of their clients and prospects.
