Apple CEO Steve Jobs shocked the industry on Wednesday when he returned — temporarily — from medical leave to introduce the company’s new iPad, a faster and lighter device that will cost the same as the original tablet. Jobs’ presentation led analysts and content providers to warn that rivals have an even longer trail to follow if they hope to catch Apple.
It reminded me of the recent launch of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 because the functionality brought to life through this product is way ahead of its competitors. Microsoft has a great track record of providing exactly what companies are looking for. Just as consumers want faster and lighter devices that help them stay connected while on the go with the iPad, businesses need faster and comprehensive solutions that keep their businesses processes connected and streamlined through the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Im not sure how many are jumping at the chance to own the new iPad, but with more than 41,000 customers, Microsoft Dynamics GP extends the reach of insight, productivity, and collaboration across businesses. Check out the Microsoft Dynamics website to learn more.
