Logistics Collaboration Portal

Logistics Collaboration Portal (LCP) is an expansion module that tracks the status of Product in Transit - the critical information that is required to maintain high Customer Service Levels. This module is specifically designed to aid companies that rely on product from overseas vendors or need to keep a tight handle on product in transit. LCP will help you know where your outstanding purchase orders are at any point in time. LCP tracks or calculates relevant information like: where the product is, who has the product (Freight Forwarder, shipper, Customs, etc.), and the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).

Application Updates

  • A full reporting screen allows an at-a-glance view into where all your open orders currently lie
  • Multi-Entry Window allows you to select a field, type in a value, and save that value to all shipments selected
  • Shipment Manager allows creation of shipments to track groups of items from your POs as they are transferred to your warehouses

Enabling Features

  • Calculates where products are in the supply chain, including who has ownership (Freight Forwarder, shipper, Customer, etc.) and the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
  • LCP can track and store data for partially booked POs, partial quantities, and even split PO’s across multiple shipments
  • All data fields are user configurable (keep the ones you want, add your own, and remove unneeded fields)
  • Set permissions to allow external parties’ access to the LCP to view or update transit information
