Sales Planning and Forecasting For Microsoft Dynamics CRM (SPF)
Created in conjunction with Eisner Information Solutions
RockySoft is now premiering SPF, a collaborative solution add-on for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. SPF is the ONLY fully-integrated tool for Microsoft Dynamics CRM that delivers extensive management of sales planning and forecasting.

SPF enables:

• Sales people and managers to develop, aggregate, and refine a sales forecast
• Better stocking decisions, along with better customer service
• Customizable alerts when statistically significant variations from the plan occur, helping to manage by exception
• Optional High-Level, strategic planning to those who have a need to "tie it all together"

SPF utilizes Microsoft Dynamics CRM Opportunities as a basis for its sales forecast. Opportunities can be created through RockySoft's Demand Collaboration Portal's easy to use interface or within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Opportunity forms. They are automatically synchronized by SPF.

After Installation, SPF creates a number of database tables within Microsoft Dynamics CRM (to ensure future compatibility). These tables are then populated with historical sales and product data. SPF utilizes the Microsoft Dynamics' tables along with the SPF database to postulate demand.
