An in depth presentation, discussion and practice of foundational Supply Chain theory utilized in the development of the RockySoft applications. This class is highly recommended for new users.

The training portion of the conference will be divided up into 3 tracks in order to best meet the needs of our clients at all levels.

ESSENTIALS TRACK

Tools & process focused on the fundamentals of creating a forecast, safety stock and supply plan (purchase orders). This is execution focused and is established for individuals interested in a refresher on the basics or new users of the applications.

ADVANCED TRACK

Advanced or special processes and features deployed to enhance the accuracy of forecasts, replenishment plans (purchase orders, transfers) and vendor delivery. This training remains execution focused and is ideal for individuals needing advanced training or in companies requiring advanced systems functionality.

MANAGEMENT TRACK

Tom Wallace, a Distinguished Fellow of The Ohio State University's Center for Operational Excellence will be presenting Sales & Operations Planning. He will also be available for one on one meetings with individuals. Additional presentations and discussion of models/processes for managing supply chain strategies will be conducted.
